Her journey began at the California Institute of the Arts, where she honed her skills in technical direction and stage management. Upon graduation, Marissa headed to Los Angeles to begin her career in the industry.
Over the years, Marissa has worn many hats in the world of entertainment production. She has served as Technical Director, Designer, Programmer, Production Manager, and Producer, always with an eye for creative design and technical execution. With her wealth of experience and passion for visual storytelling, Marissa has left her mark on a wide variety of productions.
Marissa continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in the world of entertainment. With her keen eye for design, technical expertise, and passion for storytelling, Marissa is leading the charge in creating immersive and visually stunning experiences for audiences around the world.
Anthony "CRASH" Wayne

Growing up in the small town of Camarillo, CA, Anthony always had a passion for the creative and technical aspects of live events. As he got older and his family moved cross-country to the bustling metropolis of Washington D.C., where he decided to turn that passion into a career to specialize in lighting and visual design, programming, and console operation for concerts and live events.
For over a decade, Anthony honed his skills in the fast-paced world of the east coast production scene working on a variety of shows. But with a desire to expand his horizons, he decided to pack his bags and head back west, eager to see what the other side of the country had to offer.
The move proved to be a wise one, as Anthony established himself as a leading production and lighting expert in California and Hawaii. He built a diverse client base that included live music, events, and broadcast, and had the privilege of working with some of the most talented and renowned international performers, producers, and creatives in the industry.
Despite his success, Anthony remains humble and always strives to push the boundaries of his craft and create truly unforgettable experiences for audiences around the world. You can often hear him say, "This job is hard enough, I don't need to add to it."
